Opera House Suite 1

  • This fully remodeled apartment is located in the historic Opera House on the triangle in Kemmerer. The loft style one bedroom apartment has full laundry, full kitchen, and an on-suite bath. The apartment has downtown views that overlook triangle park and the historic downtown district. The apartment is walking distance to coffee, shopping, the visitor's center, the original JC Penny store and museum, bars, and grocery shopping.

    Parking is available off street in teh back of the building except during festival weekends.
    Other things to note
    Pets are allowed for an additional $100 per stay, with a one pet max! Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to you. If your pet barks and disturbs other guests or store customers on main level you will be asked to leave without a refund!

This place was amazing, we had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities (including a washer and dryer). It was great location being right in the middle of the down with a bakery on the first floor and nice coffee shop less than 250 feet away. The only issue we had was receiving messages through Vrbo but I was able to contact the owner directly to get the information we needed. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall they did an outstanding job renovating the old building and making the place beautiful. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are visiting Kemmerer, WY. The only word of caution we have is for people with difficulty going up stairs as these suites are on the second floor and being an older building the stairs are a little steep.

This place was amazing. One of the best VROB's we've stayed in. Very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. If you happen to find yourself in Kemmerer Wyoming, this is the only place to stay!
