"Quick responses to emails before checking in. Flat was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again. "

"We were told that we would be provided with a code to access the key for the flat but his was not forthcoming. The website for the organisation listed two contact numbers, both of which had been disconnected. We had to obtain alternative accommodation at short notice and will be requiring a refund."

"Perfect stay. Great for anyone working or wanting to have a break away. All amenities are very local and has been done to a high standard within the apartments. Will be naking this my monthly stop when i have been office weeks "

"Our second stay. Works great for us."

"We had significant issues because towels and bedding were grubby/dirty and there was no toilet roill. However, we contacted the host and they corrected the situation as quickly as they could (next morning) and we appreciated that. Our stay was only two days so our vacation pleasure, visiting my home town from Canada, was clearly affected"

"we could not get in the front door. Called the number and reached a very dismissive, loudly chewing owner Finally got into the unit and found ourselves locked in. We reached out to the owner again and were ready to call the fire brigade when we found someone to throw rhe keys to. Very dangerous, probably illegal to not be able to get out in an emergency. Owner terrible. Flat so so, cheap finishes and tiny beds. beware "
