"We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night. They gave us a credit equal to the value of the night for food and drinks at the resort. They were responsive prior and during our trip. Truly wonderful service. The grounds themselves were gorgeous.
