"The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!"

When we arrived, a few curious monkeys were waiting in our garden to welcome us — a sign of the nature and charm that defines this place. They moved calmly and peacefully through the forest, completely at ease with my quiet presence. It was a magical and truly unique experience. The meals were consistently delicious, the resort grounds were immaculate and lush, and the service was flawless — attentive without being intrusive.
