The best house in the best location possible. Owner is excellent communicator and really cares about the stay of her guests. The house is beautiful but so so comfortable and welcoming. We have gone there twice now and plan to go back again!!!

Stayed here for family reunion and birthday celebration. Large house was perfect! Plenty of seating and enclosed sunroom was our favorite place to watch the ocean crashing against the rocks. Bedrooms were very large and comfy.

Plenty of room for our family, lots of hot water even on the 4th level! Fully equipped kitchen so very easy to make meals, beautiful sunny front porch, so close to the beach and playground. We loved being there in November without large crowds and letting the kids run freely on the beach- beautiful home and both owners and property managers prompt and accommodating

Amazing location and beautiful home! Many homes along Beach Ave do not have a usable beach directly across the street, but this one does and its and its gorgeous. The group had a blast sitting in the sunroom, playing cads, even taking a ploar bear plunge in the ocean (40 degrees)! Highly recommend the house to other large groups

Everything was just perfect at the beach house in Kennebunk! I would love to come back! Our family had a really special time. Everything was just as the photos portrayed. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone! The view was really magnificent too! Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking!

It was amazing! This old victorian, beautiful and so unique. Of course with all the modern amenities. I do believe our families favorite spot was the sunroom and the front porch. Really though we enjoyed watching tv and visiting with the gas fireplace. Family dinners in the dinning room.Guitar playing, music and coffee in the sunroom.beautiful views and laughs on the front porch! Walks in the beach finding sand dollars with the friendly seagulls. I will cherish the memories made here.

Great place! Great location! The host responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. The view is beautiful. The house faces south so we were able to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the front sitting room. And we really enjoyed the fireplace (we were there in February).
