"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred.
