Breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items. Had easy access off and on the freeway. Staff was very attentive and handled our reservation efficiently. Only comment, instruction card would be nice for the two TV remotes - very confusing to operate

The beds were firm and hard to sleep on. The breakfast was good for free. Parking was minimal. We did book this hotel because we thought it had a hot tub but we found out when we checked in that it only had a pool.

Great visit to TRI-CITIES

Hotel is great and so is the staff - so helpful ! I would stay here again. Only thing is a suggestion that the bathroom needs to have more light as it hard to see in the shower and for people who wear makeup to put it on.

Concert weekend

Stayed here for a concert weekend. Apart from only having to walk down the street to arrive at the venue the hotel was very clean. Wide variety of breakfast. Not to mention that the staff was super accomodating & friendly.
