I stay at the Red Lion in Kennewick 3 or 4 times a year and it is always clean and well kept. I'm a single woman and always feel safe. It is in a great location, close to just about anything you need to find. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I have never had any kind of problem at the Red Lion. I always find a great price also. Over all I would give the Red Lion 10 stars if possible!

It’s a nice hotel and I appreciate the value. The maintenance and upkeep has really gone downhill in the last few years though. My curtains were tore up, my couch had a piece of electrical tape covering up a golf ball sized hole, and the bottom of my bathroom door was rotting away. The exterior is a mess that needs a fresh coat of paint and some TLC. It’s still on my list of places to stay though in Kennewick. The price was great especially for an upgraded room. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a good stay. They just really need a maintenance guy/team that can keep up with the repairs.

Room was Clean so no problem there. The facility itself looks like it hasn't been painted inside or out since 1970. Carpets are old. No elevators so if your handicapped good luck. But if your looking for cheap and an ok Clean room go for it.....

The room was clean and nice. I was supposed to get breakfast for two for both mornings that I was there that never happened. Apparently they closed their restaurant a couple months ago, but they’re still charging people for the breakfast. To get out to the pool you had to walk through mud. The sprinklers were on constantly. So things were wet. I never saw them clean the pool. And we were there for two nights.

The staff was amazing, parking was easy, and the AC was amazing. The room was old and in need of updates. Because of that there was mold around the tub, and the paint on the bathroom door was peeling. Otherwise the room was clean and sanitary.

The front desk help was so amazing. It was numerous individuals in line and she assisted all of us with care. The free breakfast with the rooms we're awesome as well breakfast very delicious. Cheese eggs ,country potatos and sausage patties and links. Lounge was so clean and the atmosphere peaceful. I will be staying theire next time I go visit my family. Thank you agin for the excellent hospitality.

Down side:Poorly maintained landscaping, broken window screens, chipping paint everywhere outside, litter in the parking lot, filmy windows, wrinkled carpets, restaurant closed permanently, staff helpful, but curt. Pool was dead center of the building, where swimmers would be on display by all-not relaxing. Upside: clean room, comfortable bed, adequate and clean shower.

I read the reviews before booking about it being old but clean. It’s both old, not maintained, and quite gross. The vestibule doors look like you have to have a key to get in when in reality you can just walk right in which is not secure. The staff was wonderful though.

The room was clean, breakfast had many good options, and the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated, has wall paper that’s peeling away from the walls, carpet that’s stained, and the windows are difficult to see through due to so much build up on them.
