"The place was exactly what I needed for a visit to Kent. It was very nice, well appointed and close enough to walk to town."

"Clean and close to activitys"

"Everything was wonderful, just a few frustrations but nothing huge. Was planning on using tandem kayaks as advertised because we had small children but they were lost by the previous renters. Also planned on using the pull out couch bed but that was broken and unable to be used. Didn't use the grill because the grate was very rusty and starter button was broken. "Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!"

"The place is super comfortable and has a great outdoor area for chatting; I would definitely like to come back and stay longer."

"This lake home is absolutely beautiful! The views from the enclosed porch/sunroom are breathtaking ! My friend woke up early one morning and captured the sunrise, she said it was spectacular moment. Karen was an amazing host! Extremely accommodating and very welcoming! We loved the the snack basket, the fireplace at night, the gorgeous views of the lake as we dined Al fresco. The children had a ball and enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Omg I could go on and on. I hope we get to stay here again...

The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, great shower and there were enough books and games for any taste. It's well located near some...
