"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) Property...

"When we arrived at the property, we we're very disappointed. We rented the property for our holiday with 6 people. But apart from 6 beds the property is not suitable for 6. The livingroom is small with two couches (so room for 4), there is a fridge that would be barely big enough for 2. There are hardly enough plates and cutlery for 6. The property is in a poor state of maintenance, bed linnen is stained, there weren't enough towels, etc... We contacted the property manager straight away with...
