"We had a wonderful stay at the Vivanta Hotel Trivandrum, and one of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional hospitality shown by the restaurant team. The restaurant staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making every meal a pleasure. A special mention goes to Chef Amarnath, whose culinary skills and personal attention were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable, preparing delicious meals with great care and taking the time to check that everything met our expectations. The combination of excellent food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. "Nice experience- right from the check in stage, the team provided a nice room. The Chef Selva and other chef and coffee counter person were super helpful in customising available options for my taste. The waiting staff and restaurant managers were great too. Abod in the bar on the rooftop was very courteous. Housekeeping paid attention to details and tech support arranged a long length HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV. Nice experience overall though expensive. Restaurants taking their last order by 1045pm was a bit odd. No 24 hour coffee shop or tea lounge."
