Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.

Very welcoming and nice staff

The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. Very nice upscale property with nice restaurant. Slightly outside busy urban areas. Ample free parking on-site. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast and dinner menu include local and other regional dishes. Nice pastries. Staff actually made a farewell cake for us. Restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. I didn't use the pool and poolside bar and grill, but looks nice. I used their banquet service for arranging a family gathering. Staff was very organized...

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay. I have only 1 gripe. Your TV...

We only spent 24 hours but it was a nice break from a chaotic, 2-week visit to Southern India. Rooms were clean, food was great, gym is really nice,

Great hotel so close to the airport only a 5 minute ride! Nice breakfast and restaurant open late along with room service 24/7. The rooms were clean and modern! Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Greenwoods was an absolute pleasure! From the beautiful property grounds, to the spacious rooms, to the great food, and most importantly the amazing staff, we loved every bit of it! Special mentions to the activities coordinator Abin and the outdoor sports coordinator Remo for making it even more special for my son and our family! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Thekkady area!
