The best Villa experience! The room was awesome! Cleaned spotless, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. The staff are A++, the concierge was responsive and attentive to every need/want. The private pool was an added luxury amenity that we loved! Decently close to the airport and all our excursions were an hour drive away (which is typical in Bali). I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. My family, Me, my wife and 2 kids, had stayed the Santai the night before we left Bali. As we had to take the flight very early in the morning, we left the hotel almost midnight. Though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed by the considerate services arrangement of the manager. For instance, he managed to provide us with free dinner because we couldn't get free breakfast which was included for the reservation. Overall, it was really delightful experience for us.
