Very good hotel!

Very nice and big room with a great balcony. Swimming pool was also very nice as well as the location. Staff was friendly too.

Very clean but basic not even a fridge in room which is ridiculous in such a hot humid country you stock the fridge crazy really then get told you can use fridge in reception ??? Really I was on 3rd and no lift so every time I want a drink I have to be up and down very silly, honestly owner needs to put in a lift if your older good luck up those stairs and honestly for the love of hospitality invest in fridges for all rooms.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Seminyak. Nice, quiet location but close to amenities. Rooms are nice. Good swimming pool. And the staff are all amazing.

Quite location and relatively close to the busy part of seminyak. Pool is not too big but not too small whicj is amazjng. Their shower has strong water pressure which is good. One rhings is thay their cushions on my beds were too stinky that I had to put them away.

Clean, spacious room in convenient location

Staff were very friendly and the room was extremely clean, spacious, and modern. Swimming pool looked nice although I did not use it. The staff also arranged for a scooter rental that was cheaper than the shops in the area. I wound up extending my stay as the place exceeded my expectations and it was easier than finding a new place to move to. The only complaint I have is that water from the showerhead sprayed onto the floor of the bathroom because the shower room is not entirely enclosed.

I chose this hotel based on reviews that mentioned how quiet it was—and it definitely delivered on that. The location is fantastic: walking distance to everything, and the rooms are modern and recently updated, which was exactly what I was looking for. However, my experience took a turn when I arrived just after midnight on February 22, 2025. The staff was friendly and promptly showed me to my room, but once I took a look around, I noticed spider webs and spiders near the nightstand and even a bug on my pillow. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while—possibly due to the low season. I asked the staff the next morning to deep-clean the room and replace the pillow, and they did respond quickly and took care of it. Unfortunately, that night I noticed another bug on the pillow. I sent a photo to some friends to make sure I wasn’t overreacting, and they all agreed—it looked like a bedbug. I also looked online and, sadly, the pictures matched. I uploaded a photo so you can judge for yourself. If it weren’t for the bedbug issue, I would’ve easily rated this place 5 stars. It has so much going for it—but cleanliness, especially when it comes to bedding, is a non-negotiable for me.

It wasn’t a good experience

Extremely noisy inside and outside of the building due to nonstop renovations. No customer care and satisfaction. Room cleaning issue. Bathroom smells really bad. Stain on the sheets. No hands soap. Had to remind the cleaning staff on daily basis for soap and shampoo and body wash. Changing guest rooms due to renovations with no assistance from staff. No trash cans in the room. No refrigerator in the room. No beach or swimming pool towels. Staff not interested to provide any type of service. Overall it wasn’t good experience.
