"This little gem has a wonderful, comfy, king size bed. Cute farm house decor. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We enjoyed sunset walks on the River Trail with entrance located directly accross the street. Fenced back yard for pups. I would have given a five star rating if not for the multiple step ups and steps downs inside the house. I would not be able to bring my dad to this house. I tripped going from the kitched into hallway. For the agile, this house is perfect."

"Wonderful little apartment in a nice central Kerrville location. My in laws stayed in it while visiting us and they really loved it. The only issues were wasps on the front porch which stung my husband and the freezer wasn't real cold so ice cream was very soft. Other than that it was great."

The previous guests did not clean dishes as well as they should have. We washed the ones we used. Hot water was sporatic. No Closet. My fault for not checking the sleeping arrangements before staying here. Climbing the steps each night was not the best idea for 80 year olds. If we were younger, this would have been great. The...
