"They had me to the airport in under 5 minutes for my very early flight. The hotel was quiet. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The shuttle driver even told me exactly which door to go through and which way to turn to find my airline."
"Well no towels in pool area. Not clean in pool area. All chairs and tables was filthy. Room was nice and clean for the most part. Pool was supposed to close at 10pm. But the lights was off and ppl was still swimming n yelling. My room was directly across from pool. At check out front desk clerk was ride and very sharp towards me when I pulled her away from her desk where she was just sitting on cell phone and asked that she give me a receipt of our stay. She said we will email it. I said no yall dont have one on file. I booked using Expedia but paid at property on arrival. She snapped at me and said I can't give you a receipt at all then. Bye. So uncalled for. And did not represent hotel at all. Nasty and dirty and not very well dressed at all like that front desk clerks that was there in the evening or nightshift. They where awesome. Not the tall skinny black woman with tats n piercings in face. Awful attitude."
