"Great hotel! Could use some comfier beds though"

"The hosts were nice and helpful. The room 162 was very run down. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was hard as a rock with body impressions like it was very old. The shower has a bolt for a knob. The Air conditioner worked good though."

"Need hand towels and wash clothes please. Everything else was great. Might want to spiff us the back crack area a little"

"The bed didn't have the latest foam top mattress, but it was acceptable. Room was large with chair & ottoman and a table with 2 chairs. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offering included pre-made egg omelets, biscuits, sausage patties, yogurt, cereals, juices, fruit cups, oatmeal, bagels etc. from 6-9am. Coin Laundry on site, detergent etc. can be purchased. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again."

"Clean, accurate pictures and descriptions. Near the local children’s hospital and easy checkout process. Easy to communicate with host and responsible to app messages. "

"Charming Hillcrest Dollhouse?We arrived to find the wrought iron door falling off. Maybe from the storm the previous couple of days. The location was great but the property needed a good cleaning. From pubes on the towels and bathroom mirror to buildup on the air return vents. I appreciate the property being pet-friendly but the backyard had a lot of poop from previous guests. Would not stay here again."
