Tucked away in downtown Kerrville's historic garden district, our place is big on charm and space, making it just right for families of all sizes, a group of friends, or anyone out to explore what the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Guest access
Keyless entry and door codes will be sent 2 days prior to the start of reservation check-in time. You will have full private access to almost all of the house (except for a few locked storage spaces).

Other things to note
• No pets.
• No smoking/vaping.
• No parties or events.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Per city requirements, maximum occupancy is 10 guests and 4 vehicles parked off-street unless otherwise approved.
• No illegal substances allowed on the property.
• Please note that the home has video doorbells installed on front and driveway entrances. Environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, non-recording decibel levels) are installed in some common areas,
• Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
