"I had to let the front desk know that my towels, bedding and cleaning wasn't taken care of for two straight days until I had to inform the front desk clerk more than once about the lack of services.
Very disappointed in the service; which I shouldn't have had to mentioned in a hotel such as Quality Inn."

"I really hate giving a bad review but the room was dirty. There was cigarette burns on the ac, what looked like paint chips on the floor, the door had a big gap between it and the frame, and not sure what happened to the hair dryer but no one would use that."
