Situated on the fringe of the town, this luxurious apartment, which is in a complex known as Greta Grove Apartments offers the best of both worlds, in that it has all the amenities of the town centre close at hand and yet an almost country location with views of the nearby Lakeland Fells and walking opportunities from the door. The apartment is spacious with security entrance system and in a superb position overlooking the River Greta with views to Skiddaw. Its living room has a feature fireplace and the kitchen has oak-fitted units. The double bedroom includes a hairdryer and clock radio, and the bathroom is fully tiled. Golf can be found nearby.

Cottage in Keswick

A lovely stay. Every thing I needed! Very clean! Great instructions. Highly recommend. It would be lovely if there was a small amount of toilet paper on arrival!

Apartment in ideal location for everything Keswick has to offer. All within 6/minutes walk. Private car park so no problems there. The apartment itself is clean. Spacious. Modern with plenty of storage space for food etc.huge fridge freezer. Washer and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. All in a private and quiet location with booths a stones throw away. All shielded by trees so very quiet. Nice view of river from sitting room window. The perfect spot for a stay in Keswick

Lovely appartment and great location.A bonus having allocated parking.The only reason i didnt give a 5* is due to the bathroom tap was really difficult to turn on and off when running cold water and both the bath and sink slow to drain.

Second visit to Elm Court which is perfect location for winter time stay. Lovely clean and tidy flat and good views, subject to low cloud base. One small niggle is tv reception, or perhaps broadband issue, can disappear although seems to return using the IT solution of switching off and starting again. Will be back next year

Lovely warm, comfortable apartment. A few of the dishes and utensils were dirty but we just put them in the dishwasher....not a problem. The devan was a bit warn but the mattress was very comfortable. These small niggles did not spoil our lovely holiday in beautiful Keswick. Would definitely book again. Would have been useful to have had a seat in the hallway next to the entry door to aid the removal of muddy boots ( we moved the chair from the bedroom but it is very heavy!!!) otherwise perfect. Stayed at Elm Court two years ago and had an excellent holiday.

Stayed at Elm Court two years ago and had an excellent holiday. We were obviously sharing the building with like minded people who appreciated and respected each other. While I can't fault the location and cleanliness, sadly, this last stay was "Nightmare in Elm Court." We were disturbed every night by what we told by locals, could be workmen, painters and decorators getting the place sorted for rental. We had doors banging, things dropped on the floor, things being dragged across a solid floor and we could even hear conversations as well as some sort of music from two floors away. It felt like the place was rebuilt with cardboard. Overall we had a great holiday, just a pity some folk don't think outside the "box". Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
