"Room was basic as expected, 1st night (Monday) everything was fine the next morning there was no hot water. I was given an upgraded room but hot water still not working. The boiler was down and staff said they had issues for a bit. Tuesday night still no hot water and was assured it would be fixed in "20" minutes. Then the heat went. Overnights were in the 40's. Again I was assured it would be fixed. Wednesday still not hot water or heat. Still working on it. Thursday "no shower since Monday" still no heat/hot water either, they got it "fixed" i then tried the shower ice cold. No heat, either but it would be fixed in "20" minutes as they are working on it. I then told them to move me which I was not able to move till 3 for their check in. Got moved Thursday afternoon."

"This is a great location. Just a few miles out of town and right on the water with a beautiful view. Got to see the cruise ships pass by right in front of the house along with a small helipad not far to the side. We enjoyed watching them take off and land. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. The entrance to the house is through the door near upper garage which was a little confusing at first but we figured it out! Would stay here again."
