This 2-bedroom +loft/ 2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. The condo offers 1312 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room features high ceilings, allowing for ample natural light and stunning mountain views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6, with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area, which offers mountain views, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, a 31-inch tv, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size hall bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to the hall bath, up a few stairs.

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $140.

This condo has a one-car garage for a compact car. If your car does not fit in the garage or if you have more than one car, there is a paid parking lot (year-round) or street parking (summer only) about a block away.

Please note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
