"The staff was amazing and fun! House keeping is unreal never seen a bug on the hole property even a fly. Unreal clean loved that! The excursions was pricy but wonderful. The only hiccups was the closing time for the pool which was 5:30, if u pay for the amenity u should b able to use it the whole time ur there no matter what time, that was my main no no; the restaurants, paying for all inclusive should mean all inclusive, u should not have to make a reservation and pay for any of the hotel...
