Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good, had a mix of Jamaican and American which was nice because we were looking to experience authentic food. Very calm resort, I would recommend for a family vacation, could use some fun entertainment at the pool aside from just music.

Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. From the restaurants to the overall service, everything was well organized and enjoyable. I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and look forward to visiting again!

I highly recommend this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. For an all inclusive property the food is amazing. The Japanese restaurant was delicious! I loved the swim up bar however I was disappointed that the dj ends around 5pm daily, That took away from the fun at the pool. I suggest the dj plays at least until sunset. But overall 10/10

We stayed on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort for our 50th Anniversary. It’s not a five star resort but it is a very nice resort. Lots of options for eating but be wary that some restaurants can be closed on certain nights. Also there are no elevators so be prepared to do 2-3 flights of steps in the buildings. Also be sure to check out Sunset Cove, the little hidden beach area. It’s very shaded and very secluded beach area with towel hut, Jerk Chicken Hut and boats and water boating options. It’s also the location of their Mediterranean Restaurant. We had a great time.

I had such a relaxing time at Grand Palladium. This resort is the definition of luxury. It was big, beach was soft, room cleaned daily, staff very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again. The pool was a little dirty but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed.

Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!

My experience was really great as a solo traveler for my birthday. The staff were very helpful with whatever i needed and answered questions. The room was cleaned everyday. The pools are amazing. You must try the spa!!!! That massage was top tier.

The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.

The food was good, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. Many of the servers seemed inattentive, and it often took a long time to get assistance with our orders. The bartenders also seemed reluctant to prepare certain drinks, which made the experience feel less welcoming. At one point, my husband was asked to walk up to the bar himself to get his beer rather than having it brought him. Considering the gratuity and the level of service we received, we expected the staff to be more attentive and accommodating. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the ocean was calming and beautiful, but the service could definitely use some improvement. We hope management takes this feedback into consideration because with more attentive and friendly service, this could be a much better experience.

This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future
