"Clean room Entertainment perfect, every night live show"

"Overall a great resort, the food in the A la carte restaurants could of been better"

"The cove was wonderful"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wabi Sabi Villa in Lucea, Jamaica, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This villa offers everything you could ask for in a private retreat, including a stunning private pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The all-inclusive package with a personal chef made our stay even more special, as we were treated to delicious meals in the comfort of our own villa. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed...

"Beautiful Resort With Potential, but Maintenance and Guest Service Need Improvement My companion and I stayed at Princess Senses The Mangrove in Green Island, Jamaica, from October 24–28, 2026. The resort has a beautiful tropical setting, attractive accommodations, and many friendly, welcoming staff members. However, several issues prevented us from having the luxury experience we expected. Maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement. Our bathroom sink emitted an unpleasant odor,...

"Great overall experience."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were adequate. However, the walls were thin, and noise was an issue throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience got off to a poor start with a front desk staff member who came across as condescending and arrogant. Another disappointment was the pool towel policy, which limited each guest to one towel. The pool attendants appeared to take advantage of this restriction by hinting that we should give them money if we wanted two towels...

"The staff is the best they are friendly on extra nice to all guest i can't wait to go back for my next anniversary."

"We stayed here for a travel day before arriving the next day at beaches. It’s a great location on the beach. Pretty relaxed atmosphere. Has a restaurant/bar right on the beach. Rooms were clean. Grounds are well maintained."

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"The view is wonderful. I know there are better rooms because I've stayed here before. If you have the option choose ocean view."

"Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning."

"Keep up the great work"
