"Great property, host is easy to work with. He gave us late check due to late flights. House and view were impossible to beat. Felt safe, calvin, the house majordomo locked up every night (not that he probably needed to), and took very good care of us. Chef was great, good cook and fun to be around. Not related to the villa but the tranport service was not timely and appeared driver was getting kick backs any time we stopped. Id recommend asking for the grocery store rather than "can we stop for beer" otherwise you're paying tourist prices."

"My family and I stayed at Norwyn’s villa for four days during Thanksgiving and couldn’t have been happier. The property is gorgeous!! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with individual ac’s, and the views atop the hill are breathtaking. Norwyn and Mr. Evans (property manager) we’re so accommodating and welcoming - we left feeling like family. Norwyn recommended Mr. Oneil, our driver, and he made our time outside the villa even more special. Just like the villa, the vehicle was perfect! No request was too small or large as he drove our group of 7, including toddler, throughout the north coast. The private chef was great, punctual and made enough food to feed us and the neighbors. As a family, we travel often and this is the one trip we keep reminiscing about. Heartfelt thanks to the villa team for running a top notch operation. If you’re reading and unsure if you can trust the pics or other reviews, you can 😊. Book, sit back, relax and enjoy Jamaica. You won’t regret it."

"Miss Rose and Miss Claudine were wonderful to us the entirety of our stay. I appreciate Rose’s efforts to making sure our villa stayed clean. Claudine made us the best dinner and breakfast. Fabian, who was the driver provided by the hosts went above and beyond to cater to our group. I would recommend AFIMI to anyone looking to stay in Montego Bay!"

"The property and staff could not have been any more spectacular. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. Linda ensure everything was well prepared and always available to assist throughout the process. We can't wait to go back"

"I rarely write reviews but it is well warranted. Property serene. Great views of the ocean from the balcony. Spacious well appointed apartments. Pool accessible to all guest but rarely used so I had it to myself. Host Rainer was great. We couldn’t find the resort in the dead of night but he got a friend whose first language is English to try to guide us. Even though we ended up figuring it out I thought that was nice. We were completely out of gas and he brought us some and told us to just return the filled can under his boat. The hand held shower was broken on arrival and we let him know and within a few hours it was fixed. The sea breeze and fans were enough for me to stay cool but the volcano bodies in my party were pleased. Any thing that could have been better were minor, like broken knife with loose hilt, was an easy fix that I’m sure would have been resolved had I mentioned it. The last thing I’d like to mention is we had a late flight out of Montego Bay. We asked for a late check out but our apartment needed to be cleaned for guests coming in in the afternoon. Rainer asked us to leave by 11 so it could be cleaned but offered us an unused apartment to wait the next few hours so we didn’t have to spend the time in our car. I’ve been blessed to travel all over the US Caribbean and Europe staying in 5 star hotels, resorts private homes with staff. By far Rainer wins the spot for BEST HOST going above and beyond. I would return hopefully 7/2024 family reunio"
