"Exceptional staff. Everyone was wonderful. A great location right on the beach with beautiful grounds. This is a bit of an older locally owned hotel that shows a little bit of wear and tear but has the casual vibe Negril is known for. Note that the secret cabins have fans but no air conditioning. I went in September, which is shoulder season and a bit hot. I don't understand how people can go to a tropical place and complain about the heat, I enjoyed it. The only real problem at some of these smaller hotels is the aggressive higglers are swarming everywhere like rabid mosquitoes. They're supposed to stay below the high water mark but no one follows the rules. When the local big shot c*ke dealer walks through the resort like he owns the place I have a problem. These cruss higglers are one of the reasons Negril has been in a slow decline for years. Don't buy ganja on the beach. It's all worthless garbage. Go to a real dispensary, there are at least 6 in Negril. Learn the lingo. Never say "no thank you" to the higglers, they don't understand politeness. A firm "mi alright " or "mi bruk pocket " sometimes works. Otherwise "get the F away from me mofo" works too. The food at the restaurant is very good and inexpensive compared to many hotels on the beach."

"I came for House music on the beach and stayed an extra 2 days…. my overall stay was excellent…That steamed Snapper in foil was amazing, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."
