"I want first say she was very helpful with getting us transportation. He turn very good just didn’t know location of places we was going to. She always responded back to us as well. The problems we had. 1. Make sure it have hot water at all times we went 2days without. It kept going off and on for the last 2days we were there. 2. The beds are to hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. 3. We didn’t have any good view of from balcony. Make sure to have things for back up stock for napkins and toliet paper. It over look buildings that’s tore down and getting remodel. 4. Get rid of the sugar ants because they were everywhere. 5. It was extremely hot we got there because she stated they don’t leave the air on. Which understandable but you have check ins for that turn it on before we arrive. It took a long time cool down and it was fans in closet for us to use. "

"The owners of this rental are nice people. I believe in honesty and transparency when advertising what you are selling, this is not a one bedroom apartment. This is an addition onto the owners home. That is a studio efficiency at best it is new. The bed is very tall and hard as a rock. there is no door to the bathroom and no curtain. I uploaded a picture for reference. The location accuracy is off, this place It is not one minute walk from 7 mile Beach. It is about 20 to 30 minutes drive. This is way off the beaten path neighborhood in Sheffield, not Negril. There isn’t a living room to hang out in as stated, the chairs that they have in the pictures are actually the same chairs from the patio. The yard is not appealing as there’s trash and construction. The driveway ruined my husband‘s car we came in at an angle as he stated, but it bottomed out our car we had two flat tires twice in 10 days due to the road conditions. The shower does not drain well. The AC only covers the open room. If you are a single person or a married couple or friends that don’t mind not having privacy in the bathroom, then this might be for you, but it was not for us. "

"The studio matched the photos, but my stay was disappointing. The kitchen was dirty, insects appeared at night, and the host ignored my messages about retrieving my 5-year-old kid's forgotten pillow. Also, don’t expect a curtain on the balcony—there’s an adjacent building with stairs uncomfortably close to it. While the property has potential, the lack of cleanliness and unresponsiveness made it an unpleasant experience."
