"The resort in itself was phenomenal. We traveled in a group of 5 couples. Getting staff to accommodate simple requests was such a big deal. Staff often presented a very negative attitude regarding requests. It was very unpleasant experience in that sense. We did encounter a few staff members who went above and beyond, but sadly just a very few!"

"Overall had a great stay. Staff was amazing. Had issue with vermin in room upon arrival but was able to get new room promptly. No issues after that. Food was okay. Beautiful pools and beach. We enjoyed ourselves."
