"Room still had a wet floor when we arrived, the AC made a horrible sound! We thought it was going to explode, told the front desk who didn't care AT all. Never did anything about it, and we had to wear earplugs to sleep. We only had three towels to start with, when we asked for another one- we were told he had to bring them the dirty ones in order to get anything else! Laughable. We normally stay in a Marriott, or Hyatt, and this was nothing like that. Zero of 10 stars, would not recommend . If people working here actually cared, it would be an ok place. The pool was actually the only nice thing there. Thank God."
