Welcome to your private Mediterranean-style paradise in Key Colony Beach, proudly known as the Gem of the Keys. This luxury waterfront home offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and entertainment—ideal for families, boaters, and groups seeking an unforgettable Florida Keys escape.

Property Highlights

Spacious Living: Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus two additional half baths and a full poolside bathroom for added convenience. A queen-size sofa bed is located in the lower-level TV/lounge area, which has direct access to a half bathroom, offering extra privacy and flexibility for guests.

Resort-Style Amenities: A private elevator and a fully equipped game room featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and poker/dominoes table—perfect for guests of all ages.

Outdoor Oasis: Unwind in the heated pool and spa (included at no extra charge), enjoy the outdoor BBQ, and take in tranquil waterfront views. Friendly manatees are frequent visitors to the canal.

Boater’s Paradise: The boat lift is no longer in place, providing the full 75 feet of unobstructed dockage, ideal for large boats. The canal is approximately 10 feet deep at low tide, allowing for easy navigation year-round. Dock amenities include a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and a commercial-size ice machine.

Water & Outdoor Adventures: Complimentary use of two kayaks and three bikes, plus a dedicated kayak launching area for easy access. The home also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple of adult life jackets for guest use.

Well-Equipped Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances and essentials for preparing meals at home.

Family & Friends Friendly: Ideal for families with babies or toddlers. The home includes two pack ’n plays, a high chair, and an outdoor play area. For added peace of mind, a safety gate can be installed at the upper-level stairs upon request.

Local Experiences: Upon request, we’re happy to connect guests with local private chefs who can prepare your fresh catch right in the home for a true Florida Keys dining experience.

Additional Information

High Season Booking: Saturday-to-Saturday stays are required during January through April, June, and July.

Starter Supplies: Sandy Palms Vacations provides a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

Wonderful family trip over Christmas. The house was in great condition and exactly as advertised (little bigger even). Walking into Christmas decorations, including a tree, was a pleasant surprise. Host was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Everyone had a great time in the Keys.

We had an amazing week enjoying Marathon! This house is everything that is shows it is! Beautiful and fully stocked! We all enjoyed the pool area and had plenty of space to dock the boat!the house was very clean with plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It was as amazing the second time as it was the first. From ice machine to hoses and electricity on dock, age appropriate pool toys and games, everything has been thought out. Highly recommend! 💯 ♥️

Paradise in the Keys

This house is PERFECT! It accommodated all ten of us and was very spacious! It was very clean and all of the amenities were very thought out. Beautiful house and great location! We had fun using the kayaks right off the dock and spent a lot of time in the gorgeous pool. We saw a mama manatee and her baby right off the dock on our first night! What a great way to start our trip!

Absolutely Perfect and Beautiful

From the inside to the outside the house is a perfect 10. Fully stocked, so very clean, beautiful grounds and dock. All I can say if traveling to Key Colony and looking for house to rent and this house is available...book it!! You will be highly satisfied.

One Of A Kind Home

This home met all of our needs. It was spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The main kitchen was a dream, it had everything needed to prepare any meal. We really enjoyed the pool. Monica answered any question I had concerning the home immediately which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This was a very nice stay and the descriptions actually left out a few amenities like the ice machine, which made fishing from a boat awesome. This place was wonderful and had everything needed and more for our stay. My family and kids loved everything about it. The host was very professional and very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The house and location is amazing. Plenty of room and close to grocery stores, shopping and a variety of restaurants. A few more towels & wash cloths in the bathrooms would be nice. Taking 2 showers a day, we were constantly having to wash towels. Overall it was awesome!

Luxury Retreat

Our family of 11 had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and thoughtful amenities. The five huge bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provided plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone. The great room and kitchen were beautifully designed and fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed for home-cooked meals.The outdoor space was the highlight of our trip! The amazing pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the private dock made for great fishing adventures. We also loved spending our evenings at Sunset Park, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each night.Extras like the game room, washer/dryer, and elevator made our stay even more convenient. This home had everything we could have asked for and more. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and fun-filled getaway!

Amazing House - 10 out of 10

The pictures do not do this place justice! We stayed here for a week in March with 6 kids and 4 adults and the property had something for everyone to enjoy. The backyard set up is hands down the best one around after cruising up and down the canals with our rented boat. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks, the bikes to cruise around on and fishing right off the private dock. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook big breakfasts each morning. This property has really thought of everything!

Family getaway

The property was true to all the pictures-very clean, picturesque and had all the amenities. They had games, books about the keys, all the additional amenities to help make our stay enjoyable! Property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and made our stay incredibly smooth. We had an amazing time and there is a small lookout beach to enjoy the sunset within a 5 minute walk and a lovely restaurant/bar within 10 minutes. They had amenities to be able to fish off the dock. We saw a manatee and a shark on the canal during our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Worth it!!!

Friends Trip 2023

We are a group of 10 mature adults who have been vacationing together for the past 7-8 years. One gentleman in the group deemed this home the best place we have ever stayed at and I think we all agreed. It was perfect for us, with plenty of outdoors space in and out of the sun. The pool and hot tub were great. 2 living areas with kitchens and sitting areas worked for our group and we were totally comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and restful. The location was so convenient to traveling in the Keys and we spent one day in Key West. Monica could not have been any more helpful and responsive to our questions. A very successful vacation in Key Colony Beach. We will certainly return to this little slice of paradise!

From the time we booked our stay it has been the easiest communication ever. Monica has been right on top of getting back to me with every question I have had. When we pulled into the driveway of the home it is absolutely beautiful and then you walk in the door and it is stunning. There are 3 amazing bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms and two amazing bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The kitchen and great room is open and airy and so roomy for a family of a larger size. You can eat on the balcony if you wish or inside. There is a ping pong table downstairs and a game room with a pool table and tv. There is your main kitchen upstairs and a kitchen downstairs. The pool is incredible with an outdoor grill area and table to dine at. A full bathroom by the pool. An outdoor shower and an ice maker that was so nice to have! We were able to dock two boats down on the dock. We were able to store our bait in the freezer that is down on the dock so that it did not waste. We let Monica know before our arrival that we had a two year old coming and they made sure that we had a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a baby camera on hand a pack “n” play and a bassinet. Just to make sure we had those things on hand was so great! We were also left with basic necessities such as trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & paper towels. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We loved it and would definitely come back. Monica was the best :)

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay, the home is gorgeous and is everything that it said it was and more. Great location.. The host was wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating. The Home had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the keys. We will definitely stay in the house again on our next trip down to the Keys.

The house was absolutely beautiful and has it all! My husband and I have stayed several times in Key Colony Beach and this was by far the most well appointed home. Has EVERYTHING! Great and spacious for 5 couples and the outside space including the dock were superb. Monica was fantastic and was available if we needed anything!! Will definitely be back!!
