The unit was exactly as described, only better. The breeze thru all of the sliding doors can’t be captured in a photo. Peaceful and relaxing. The boats coming and going were very cool, maybe causing a bit of “boat envy”. Definitely the perfect getaway from our hectic, high stress jobs, not to mention the cold.

We had a wonderful stay at Rich’s place. The condo was beautiful just as described and the view is just spectacular. The property was very low key & quiet, which was perfect for us. The master bed was very comfortable. The property manager is onsite & very attentive. I wound definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo with phenomenal views. The sunrise over the water and afternoon shaded balcony were wonderful. Close to restaurants and attractions, yet located in a quiet area. The owner and property manager checked in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.

Condo on the beach front was spectacular! The accomodations were beautiful with ample furnishings and utensils. Pool and hot tub were perfect and all the guests were friendly including the manager. My family will seriously consider staying again for another memorable vacation experience.

This was our second stay in this fabulous unit. The view is incredible and we literally spent hours on the spacious balcony watching boats. You will not be disappointed.

What an incredible view! Very beautiful condo and our family really enjoyed the fishing pier and pool. Location was central and Key Colony was a great place for walking and biking. Owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely be our first choice for our next visit down here!

We loved our stay at Key Colony Point! The view was amazing, condo was great. The kitchen selection-spices, pots and pans, and lots of extras was excellent. Many items that you don't normally get in a rental were there for our use. Very quiet property with an older crowd which was perfect for this trip.

The property was very clean, well appointed and had an amazing view. Rich, the owner, was very responsive with any question. The location of the property, close to marathon, was great for our family and allowed us to get to the different islands and take advantage of all the great things to do. All in all it was a great vacation!

Had a great stay for the week with girlfriends. We were close to great restaurants but had a wonderful kitchen to cook in as well. We easily drove to Key West for a day, but we’re glad to escape back to our Oceanside views. We took advantage of some of the snorkeling gear in the condo to check out the rocks just outside the condo. Would 100% book again!

Everything about this place is top notch. The particular location of unit 17 has to to be the best of the entire community. Luxurious but homey. Very well equipped ...really nice deck furniture. This was our second year here and will go again next year.
