"What a lovely place! Clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast options (warm and cold). We were pleasantly surprised when we drove around to our room. All the areas were landscaped and included seating areas and a number of people were sitting in these areas talking. It felt like a comfortable neighborhood setting. Absolutely LOVED it and will definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"You shouldn’t say a pool is heated and then the pool is cold. Very disappointed the staff when we checked in very late at night the gentleman was super cool super polite, very professional. We had a great day. The buffet breakfast was amazing in the morning, but we purposely stayed there used the heated pool in the pool had no heat on whatsoever. It was lightly warm. "

"Stand out features of this hotel was its pool and beach areas. Really stunning. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Rooms were good with the exception of the fridge which didn't cool and the very slow drainage of the shower. I'd recommend this hotel "

"Room was OK.The bedspreads were dirty and stained. They needed a good washing. Both chairs were fithy. Warning signs everywhere telling one to watch their belongs. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We have been staying here since 2014. It is a hidden gem! Clean, full breakfast every day, close to the everglades, 3 hours from Key West. Recommend it all the time!"

"I am very sorry, but you people are thieves! By mistake, I booked a room at 3:00 AM. When I arrived at that hour—having already made the reservation—they told me that the hotel was full (something that we ALL KNOW IS ALWAYS A LIE; they simply don't want to give you your room at that time of night). ALL I WANTED WAS TO REST AFTER A LONG JOURNEY. When I filed a complaint through Expedia to request a refund—since I was unable to use the room at the time I needed to rest—the Expedia agent gave me hope, assuring me that my money would be refunded because I had not utilized the reservation. Two days later, I received a notification stating that you—Hampton Inn—had not approved my refund request. (Thieves!)"
