Very comfortable beds. Nice view of the ocean and the harbor from our baloney. The room was very clean and it was nice having a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, the rooms are very spacious. The down side the decor and furniture is very outdated. Management said they have ordered new furniture. so that's a plus. I would give them five stars

Very nice place to stay. Great location if you need to be near Homestead, Florida but want to enjoy part of the Keys. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet on the weekends, boat traffic with their stereo systems and the restaurant across the channel were a bit too loud. Otherwisw, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Really liked the atmosphere….the room is like an apartment so had the separate bedroom and kitchen. Laundry room nearby was nice as well. Nice relaxing pool area along the canal so saw some pretty nice boats. Great place, will definitely stay again on our next visit to the Keys

So we actually never stayed here. We were supposed to but there was an emergency with our room so they bent over backwards to get us another room at another hotel. Very friendly staff and accommodating. I would try again to stay here

This is just a wonderful facility for short or longer stays. Rooms are suites, large clean rooms with a balcony and views of Florida Bay, Well equiped kitchens too. Got a boat? Dock it here.

We loved our stay and the central / gated location was perfect! The view from all of the rooms balconies face the water to enjoy the sunset and it’s small enough to feel very private. Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again!

Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Near my daughter and lots of other things to do. It is a two room suite overlooking Florida Bay. Got a boat? Dock it here. Rooms are big, spotless, comfortable and a kitchenette included. Five stars.

The property is pretty tired. Mismatched tiles, broken countertop, peeling cabinets, cracks in the bathroom wall, poor bed frame, and outdated. They did adjust the room rate due to the local fires and resulting very late arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms should look as nice as the lobby!

This resort is dated but well maintained. Staff is excellent. I would prefer fully non-smoking, where outdoor smoking is permitted here. We chose because of access to water for kayaking and this property is good for that. Also we wanted kitchen facilities. Overall adequate and comfortable stay.

We had top floor (5th floor) unit. Great views, nice net-enclosed balcony. Spacious with lounge and kitchen. After sunset outdoors, cover yourself fully otherwise you will get bites all over from tiny insects!

While the view is good the room itself was damp and wet feeling. The bed was horrible. Bed was worn out sagging and like everything else damp feeling. We left a day early. Location was horrible. Don’t believe the pictures on website. Bar across from the hotel was playing loud music until midnight and I mean very loud. Only good thing was pool and lounge chairs.

A bit Old School but super chill and relaxing

Positives- Stayed for 6 days (and I hope to stay there again), VERY clean room, one of the cleanest pools that I have ever seen and the rest of the grounds were spotless. Every employee that I interacted with was smiling, talkative and very helpful with any questions I had. Negatives- Our bed could have used a new mattress-getting worn and it would have been great if the units and an oven because all we could do was cook on the cooktop and in the microwave. Should consider installing key cards for the rooms instead of the old school metal keys. Upgrade the furniture to more modern.
