"When I made the reservation, it indicated that the room included a refrigerator and a coffee maker. It didn't have them, so I had to request them. The air conditioning wasn't working properly; I was hot both nights. I never received room service."

"Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience from the store employee. We booked the Villas for Mother’s Day to make it special for our moms, but the experience was ruined by a very disrespectful interaction. At the hotel store, a cashier aggressively yelled at my mom for touching a cinnamon roll, assuming we wouldn’t pay. She was humiliated and left in tears. Even after speaking with the manager, the employee never apologized and remained defiant. This behavior is unacceptable and not what you expect from a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Very disappointing. While this experience was very negative, I want to highlight that other team members were friendly and attentive, and showed the level of service expected from this brand. "

"This was our 25th wedding anniversary and a bucket list trip for us. We had roaches in our room in the room next to us had a dog that would bark at all hours of the night. We went to the front desk and called several times to no avail. Finally, on our third night they said the next morning they would deep clean our room and spray it for bugs. They never did. M when we arrived Our sheets had black stains on them and they were never changed. Our shower had rocks and sand in. It was also never cleaned. Valet parking is a joke. The literally parked our car along side of the highway. Upon checkout, I was so frustrated and disappointed I brought them one of the bugs. At that point, they comped our room charges, which honestly is a bare minimum of what they could’ve done.. but they never removed our breakfast charges which we had prepaid for as part of our reservation. Honestly, we could’ve stayed at a La Quinta and been treated better"

"I love staying at the Reef House. The site is beautiful and so relaxing. The drinks at the bar are excellent and the grounds are well maintained and clean. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay were incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is also pet friendly and even provided a welcome treat for my dog.. 10/10 for me"

"We loved our stay at Waterside. We were able to have our fur babies vacationing with us and our suite was so big and convenient. Only thing missing was the kayaks in the picture on property but beside that one minor thing I would definitely recommend to stay here.. we will be back.. place is clean and staff is wonderful."

"Quaint little resort within walking distance to a few restaurants and a CVS with packaged donuts, danishes and coffee for breakfast. Gulf of America beachfront access with lounge chairs and a dock. I don’t recommend a boat bigger than 20’, it’s a tight turn to back down the sand ramp and there’s no electricity or water on the dock to rinse your boat or to flush the engine. We were wishing the was a pool, but otherwise, the cottages were very nice with full size appliances and tall ceilings. "

"Stand out features of this hotel was its pool and beach areas. Really stunning. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Rooms were good with the exception of the fridge which didn't cool and the very slow drainage of the shower. I'd recommend this hotel "
