Our Unit is completely renovated and right outside the pool, lagoon, playground, and community grill located at the heart of Key Largo MM 100 in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security.

Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by three sides byJohn Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach and two heated swimming pools.

The property has an onsite marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars. Other amenities include boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor bbq areas, and tennis courts.

Guest can fish, kayak, or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty. 2 kayaks with life vests and paddles available to guests

Boating: If you plan to bring your private vessel, you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard.

The boat ramp is free of charge, and trailer parking is first come basis. Trailers up to 2 axles only.

Kawama requires $300,000 liability insurance for your boat, motor and trailer whether coming by water or land. They will turn you away if you do not provide this to the front gate.
