ARCHIPELAGO in the Truman Annex

This gorgeous townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It is unique in that it has 2 of everything, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and back patios. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, two bedrooms have 2 twin beds,which can be converted to King beds with a converter kit upon request and there are 2 sleeper sofas. The community pool is just out your back door.

Please note: This property will require a minimum of a 28 night stay.

Best Place to Stay on the Key!

This was a four-sister plus families reunion. We do it almost every year. My sisters agreed—this stay cannot be topped! The Truman Annex is close to everything, whether walking, golf cart, or rental car. Four bedrooms allowed everyone “private time.” Pool, patios, well-stocked @nd equipped kitchens were icing on the cake!

Waited a year and so disappointed

Would NOT recommend to family or friends. The single beds were tiny and not conducive for adults. My adult children were actually saying they didn't fit in their beds. I switched beds with them and found them to beyond uncomfortable. Hard as a rock Needless to say, lots of body aches in the morning. The room would be great for toddlers with small suitcases. The duplexes were immaculate. The location was great. Interesting to read on the Compass Realty flyer that I would have saved $$$$$$ if I booked with them directly next time. This was disappointing as well . Truly not the experience I expected for my family considering the cost of the rental.

Gettogether

The place was great, clean and had what was expected. Parking situation wasn’t very clear. Guards were at no help but the management was able to swap parking place.

Fantastic Place

The entire setup of this duplex was perfect for us. We had our adult children in one half, and my wife and I with our dear friends in the other half. The best of both worlds. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was wonderful that Compass put together the twins to form a King as advertised. They were still very comfy. Everything you could need was in the kitchens. The pool was also a very nice addition, being very close to the units but far enough away as well. The location of these units is also perfect. It is a quiet location, but you only have to walk 5 minutes to jump into the crazy fun of Duval St - again, best of both worlds - rest when you want rest - party when you want party. It seems like everything was within 5-15 minut walk. One tip: Go to the Lost and Found Restaurant (2 minutes from units) on Tuesday night for dinner - $10 Tacos/Wraps/Burgers - they were all fantastic.

Key West Paradise

Booked this rental thru the pictures on the web and I have to say the pictures were exactly like the property! The ease of check in and having Compass Realty respond to my inquiries quickly was outstanding! My family loved the property and the location and if I knew where I was going to be in a year I would have already reserved for next year!

Perfect location

We were looking for a place to stay while in Key West that was within walking distance to entertainment and attractions since we weren’t planning to rent a car. This condo, located on Southhard St., in the Truman Annex was perfect.

Excellent Property & Location

This is an excellent property and location for a family trip to Key West. We traveled with my wife, adults son, his girlfriend and our teenage daughter. There was lots of room for everyone. Everyone had their own bathroom as well. This property is very close to the property are grocery and liquor stores as well as the Green Parrot bar. We Cycle is just down the block and rents bikes for $10.00 per day and will deliver to the property. The WiFi is super fast. We conducted a speed test and it was running at +200 MBPS.

Beautiful property and location!

We had a great stay! Would stay again. The location is fantastic! There was plenty of room. The property management company responded quickly in bringing a grill that was advertised and not there. The only draw back is the check-in process because you have to go to their offices for the key...rather than having a lock box at the door or a door with a key code.

Perfect for large family or group

We had 2 adults/6 of our kids & this place was great. The extra living room for space. The pool is outside back door and close to kids park. Whole area is is great for walking, beautiful scenery. 2 kitchens looked good but we did not do any cooking. Looked stocked. Also ample towels for showers and swimming. Clean and bright. Friendly staff, would stay here again :)

Great Property!

We had a great stay! The house was nice and very comfortable for 6 people. The home is close to everything. The pool was nice and pool towels were provided! A few suggestions....a few hot pads in the kitchen would have been nice as we cooked a lot. It would have been nice to have a grill. The hot tub is more like a lukewarm tub. The parking spot is difficult to get into with a large vehicle. Overall we had a great experience here and would rent again!
