"Ants in the bathroom. They came to spray the first day but they returned hours later because there were cracks all over the bathroom. The shower didn’t properly seal so the bathroom floor was soaked after our showers. It needs some serious upkeep. Also informed them it was our honeymoon and that we don’t drink and hoped for something other than a bottle of wine which they were not accommodating to. The man who checked us in was not friendly, welcoming or warm. He seemed bothered by our questions."

"Breakfast offering was poor. Bartender Santana was excellent . Rooms small and weren’t able to get new pool towels on2nd day and we had only got soap replenished once in3days and had to go to lobby to obtain . Decking was old and had me worried . But we had a great time at pool and bar. Has all the rentals you need avaible on site for Key West experience. We would def go again beside the not so great things . "

"The pool is infested with large iguanas that will eat your food if you leave it unattended. The iguanas fecal droppings are found around the pool as well as inside the pool making the experience disgusting."

"We had not been there before, would have liked to have been on a higher floor. The staff offered to move us the next day but it wasn't worth doing all that. The breakfast was good, needs more options but everything tasted great. The room was clean, a/c didn't always keep up for some reason, so it was a little warm at night while sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Very thin walls - had to have security come and speak to the people inn the room right next door to our room. At 2:30 a.m. which is ridiculous. Also, when we asked for the resort schuttle to pick us up 10 minutes from the resort. They said it would be over 30 minutes. We were only 7 minutes away from the resort."

"The air conditioner did not work properly. No matter what we set it to at night, it jumped back to 72 degrees. I called the front desk around midnight and no one answered. Early in the morning it went to the temperature we'd set it for. Other members of our party had the same issue in their room. Otherwise, the room was great, and we enjoyed the resort."

"The property was nice and clean the rooms were very small. The parking is terrible you have to pay to park even if you rent a golf cart and the parking lot was 2 blocks away. There is no free parking in key west anymore. We paid an average of $100 to park a golf cart. Best option is uber"
