"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is an older property but nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The Tipsy Rooster bar was a nice little treat at the property. Ana's Cuban Market is right across the street, which is very convenient. Coffee and light breakfast fare available each morning. Not a huge deal but we wished the bathroom had been a little larger and the shower water flow had been a bit better, but it is an old school motel. A great little gem in the Southernmost area which is quieter and more relaxed but conveniently located to the happenings in and around Duval street."

"Loved our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer! Bed was comfy, the place was well kept and clean. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to the action, but far enough that it wasn’t loud. All staff were very friendly. The breakfast and happy hour were a lovely touch. We only wish there were snacks or something we could have ordered while hanging out by the pool during the day."

"This is one of those get what you pay for properties. If you’re looking for a close, inexpensive, property and you don’t care what the room is like - book here. Pools are very nice, beds are comfy. The guest house / shared room style is an acquired taste but nothing to complain about. Parking in the street is free and only a few blocks from main bars and food. Would stay again."
