It’s very clean nice decorated hotel with people from all over the world made a great friend from Spain on their patio. I also enjoyed the convenience of. The manager of the property, (Drew) was very nice and very informative of the area. The property is a short walk (less than a block) to Duval St. The property is very quiet at night with a nice porch to sit out on and enjoy the evening. In the am they have a nice continental breakfast in the lobby. A very enjoyable place to stay. We will be back
