Great spot, 1/2 block off Duval Street in the heart of Old Town. Less than a 30 minute walk there everything. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with a nice pool. Comp breakfast and happy hour.

This place is in the perfect location. The staff is great. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. The property is beautiful,quaint, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.

Good points; Great location, very comfortable beds, nice pool and had a hot tub. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was good. Downsides: room had no hot water at all for showers (reported it, but only there for one night so can’t say how they responded to repair it); room at night is VERY bright. Bring an eye mask if you need dark. They have birds in a cage in front which we personally hate to see and it’s not necessary (makes us sad to see birds caged) Overall would stay there again if the price was right.
