Great place to stay. Super close to Duval street too! We had a late flight and hung out at the pool on our last day. There was a bathroom and shower by the pool which made it perfect for our last day. 10/10 would recommend

This is one of those get what you pay for properties. If you’re looking for a close, inexpensive, property and you don’t care what the room is like - book here. Pools are very nice, beds are comfy. The guest house / shared room style is an acquired taste but nothing to complain about. Parking in the street is free and only a few blocks from main bars and food. Would stay again.

Pros: central location, close to shops, beaches, food, parking etc; multiple pools open all day; secluded pool area so you can relax without feeling like the world is watching; pretty cheap for KW; personal storage closets that lock with keycard Cons: not the most extravagant place, pretty mid; breakfast is not worth eating; we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at 4am one night as the walls are thin

Parking is challenging to find, no parking lot so have to find certain open street spots that aren't designated for residents. WiFi did not work at all in the unit we were in, which was farther from the lobby area. Breakfast offering was decent, boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, toast, coffee & juice.
