Built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons, this prestigious masterpiece lures you back in time to an uncharted experience. A peaceful location just minutes to town, this hideout possesses all that your heart could desire while on Key West time. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Old world charm with modern luxury perks create a blissful experience for your island escape. Enjoy people watching out on the mansion's front porch and soak up the serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This romantic getaway is located on the 3rd story of the mansion above a set of spiral staircases. Find your well awaited, intimate suite with a unique design of dramatic, dormered ceilings within this charming attic space. A private balcony boasts breathtaking views of the pool and surrounding beauty. A king bed with cozy linens call your name with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge nearby. A private ensuite full bathroom with a shower is just steps away also showcasing steeping slopes. This room is also equipped with a cozy sofa sleeper and a writing table for those journaling their Key West story.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis even though you are located just a short walk or bike ride to everything on Duval St. Catch some rays out on the breezy 2nd floor sun deck with plenty of loungers overlooking the shimmering, shared pool below.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Fantastic Location

This was a fantastic location. Super close to many walkable restaurants, bars, etc. great heated pool too. We are not used to spiral staircases and it was a bit challenging getting luggage up but amazing view.

My husband and I stayed in Aria and it was great! The heated pool was amazing. Very clean and kept up place. We enjoyed the no kid policy they have. The chocolates they had in the shared area was a sweet touch. Liz and Dan were very helpful with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay in the attic!

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Historic home that’s been converted for rentals. We loved having the top room, but beware the staircase is a narrow climb. We had everything we could need and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our visit to Key West and our stay at Aria! Conveniently located and perfect space to stay for a few days. Just a heads up that the only way up is a spiral staircase, which we knew upon renting… But didn’t think about dragging our luggage up and down. We did fine, but could be strenuous for older folks to go up and down several times a day. Overall great stay and stay again for sure!

Clean, bathroom very small. The spiral staircase was a challenge. Very very loud. Traffic non stop. Great tho for walking anywhere. The window unit air conditioning had a hard time cooling and is very loud. Need central air. My fault , I should of researched it more

Great place to relax for a few days in beautiful Key West. The Aril unit was really nice and different although for an attic suite, you need to be careful of the pitched walls, including the shower! Anyone taller than 5’10” should think about a lower suite on site…

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment I booked the place I was impressed. We stayed in the Aria room at the very top and it was perfect. Melanie and Dan are so incredibly nice and accommodating, they let us hang out on the property before and after our check in and check out times. As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like you are at home. The pool is amazing and great way to meet new friends. I am so glad that we stayed at the Azul, I loved everything about it! Definitely recommend staying there!
