Loved that there was an onsite parking lot. There isn't quite enough parking for everyone when the hotel is busier. Some cars took up 2 spots when they didn't park right. We thought the staff should have taken a quick walk around at the end of the evening and somehow penalized those people. We are all...

"Absolutely loved the property and overall experience and culture of Key West. This was my first time and was very impressed. The staff were very kind and took good care of us when we got locked out of our room safe. We also asked for more decaf coffee for the room and they gave us enough for our entire stay. Very comfortable room with a great view. Also liked the text messages that started the day we were to arrive. Very convenient. Will stay there again. Thank you and be proud of yourselves!!"
