GREAT location, very friendly and helpful staff, 3 pools and food/drinks were better than some of the local restaurants. The rooms were very modern. No complaints - would definitely visit again!

Expedia gave us a very nice upgrade and stayed at their house on the Marker property. This is our 3rd time at Marker and by far the best room. The Marker is always consistently good and ideally situated in the wharf area which is walkable to many tourist areas. We stayed during the songwriter fest, 2nd time, and got treated to two pool performances which were excellent. The hotel itself is a bit dated and not exactly the cleanest, it is clean and not buggy, but could be better with stains and things like that. The room service was consistent and we would recommend the hotel to others for its proximity and the pool and pool bar/restaurant is an excellent feature with good food and drinks. Staff is very good and attentive to needs. Nothing really bad to say and wish them continued success.

The location is the best. Eating, drinking, shopping,people watching. Boating (because it’s a marina). Plenty of water sports within walking distance. Also a short walk brings you to all the attractions you want. Old town has it all and the place to stay is the marker. Cannot go wrong. Really!
