This updated home boasts all of the modern creature comforts, with over 2,000 square feet to indulge in intimate time together. Lounge in the cozy furnishings with a TV and dine together at the dining table or kitchen island. Every conceivable amenity is at your fingertips in the gorgeous kitchen, promising culinary creations sure to delight the gang. If you need to plug into reality for a few minutes, settle down at the desk nook that offers full-speed internet and a quiet setting. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer space. This home offers a live streaming service for your tv enjoyment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enjoy a primary bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom and doors that open to the backyard. There is a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. The fourth bedroom features built-in bunks beds for the young members of the group. An additional bathroom with a shower resides nearby for everyone's convenience. The private cottage offers a king bed, mini-fridge, bar counter, comfortable seating and doors that open to the backyard with an additional sitting area. The bath inside the cottage has sink and toilet, and enjoy the large outdoor shower just outside the cottage. Two sofa sleepers reside in the main house for additional sleeping arrangements.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Luxuriate in your very private backyard oasis and sink into the giant size pool or catch up on your favorite novel in a lounge chair. The tropical foliage and covered porch area with additional seating offer shaded respite and balmy breezes. The pool comes heated during the winter months and can be chilled upon request during the warmer months. Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
