Immerse yourself in island time as you enter the white picket fence and gaze at your private front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Greeted by elegant designer décor showcasing an upscale Key West flare and accents of Dade County Pine, this natural light filled home exudes happiness. An inviting Florida room flooded with sunshine invites a lazy day of lounging with a good book or serves as additional sleeping. Bamboo floors, breezy ceiling fans and cozy furnishings along with a TV fill the open living area. Steps away is your top of the line kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops complete with a breakfast bar with seating for 2. Come together for dinner around the dining table for 4 or open the French doors and dine al fresco!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enjoy 3 bedrooms in total equipped with flat screen tv's. Two of the guest rooms (one with a King Bed and one with a Queen bed) share a hallway as well as an over-sized pineapple inspired bathroom, featuring a double sink vanity and extra large glass shower. On the other end of the home is a poolside retreat with a King Size Bed, TV and private bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. Beautiful French doors open wide to your backyard patio and pool to let the outside beauty in - this is true paradise living!

OUTDOOR LIVING...
French doors open from the kitchen to a backyard dream that's perfect for entertaining. A calming afternoon calls for a dip in the heated pool or a rinse in the adorable outdoor shower as you are accompanied by swaying palms in the breeze. Sip cocktails under the twinkling light at the outdoor dining table for 4 and toast to another day in Paradise. Private and tranquil, yet just a short bike ride away from all the island favorite restaurants, bars and galleries making your island vacation feeling complete.

PARKING...
There is a small private parking spot plus ample on street parking to accommodate your stay.

PETS...
The owner will consider dogs up to 45 pounds (no more than 3) and a pet fee is required. Cats will not be accepted. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
