Rate reduced to a off season price point. This home sits in Key Lime Grove Subdivision which I was born and raised in. It is a neighborhood rich in history and conveniently located on the Island. This home welcomes you with a white picket fence! It has been nicely upgraded down to the wood floors and crown molding trim. Open living room and dining room concept, separate office with sleeper couch and windows that invite in the Key West sunshine. Each bedroom takes on a personality of it's own with all new furniture and flat screen televisions. Large kitchen with room for two or more cooks and indoor laundry room for convenience. Front and backyard is completely fenced for privacy, with heated pool. Relax in sun chairs while you cook out on your gas grill. Fun outdoor shower allows you to connect to Nature. Large outdoor patio set for those outdoor meals. Enjoy your stay in a great home with plenty of Sunshine! Neighborhood has small walkable bridge that shows nature's natural aquarium. Nice area to kayak, fish or watch nature at it's best. Sorry no pets.
