We had gotten there late after working all day and driving through a snow storm to find there was no key card. Thankfully, the owners were quick to answer their phone and talk us through where to find another keycard. We were there Super Bowl Sunday and found the cable in the fam room didn't work. "Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually. "

"I love to stay here when I’m in Keystone. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Super comfortable bed and pillows! Also they have one of the best hot tubs in the county so far. "

"Location and amenities were unmatched. We got a great price on the room. It was our first time to keystone and we enjoyed every day of it. Resort food is a little pricey as you should expect, but we didn’t get anything bad while we were there. Pizza, burgers, soup, ramen, tacos, and beer of course.
