"My stay at the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing parts. Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."
